Refund policy

At BB Activewear, we want you to completely satisfied with your purchase. Please refer to our refund policy below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process. 

Return Windows:

We have a 14 day return policy for refunds (full-priced items only) and for store credits or exchanges from the day of product delivered.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@bb-activewear.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 2/25 Harris Road, Malaga, WA, 6090 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items except for the faulty items or wrong items than that of ordered one. We strongly recommend to use a trackable shipping service. BB Activewear is not responsible for return items that are lost in transit. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refunds on sale items or gift cards. We are happy, however, to facilitate a size or product exchange.  

Damages and Faulty Items:
Please inspect your order upon received. If an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product contact us immediately. We will proceed for the  you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, regardless of item was on sale.
