Shipping Policy 

• All parcels are shipped from the store Malaga, Western Australia within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays. (If you place a same day delivery order on the weekend it will be shipped out on Monday.)

• Be sure to carefully check that all the information you provide is correct before submitting your order.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress by using the tracking number provided in the email/sms notification. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show as it takes time between packing and delivery.

• Please allow additional time for regional and rural deliveries. • Shipping may experience longer delivery times during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather conditions.
